Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Returns (Eligibility & Period)  
You may request a return within [7–14] days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items  
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:  
- Personal care items, underwear, or hygiene-sensitive products  
- Items marked as “Final Sale”  
- Gift cards or digital/downloadable products  
- Any item returned used, damaged, or without original packaging

3. Return Process

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations
